The training consists of 4 modules, completed by 1 period in the company.
Integration period. Welcome, presentation of the training objectives, knowledge of the professional environment, adaptation of the training course (7 hours).
Module 1. Mount simple elements without adjustment: preparation of an assembly of simple elements without adjustment – Exploitation of an industrial plan and an aeronautical plan – Knowledge of tools – Routing of elements – Laying of simple and torque fasteners tightening – Adjustment and drilling of plastic parts (4.5 weeks).
Module 2. Mount elements with 2D adjustment: operation of an aeronautical plan and a cabin specific plan – knowledge of the cabin layout process – verification of the reception capacity of the checkpoints – adjustment to a plan 2 D – assembly of the elements of the cabin (3 weeks).
Module 3. Carry out the sealing and connection operations of the cabin elements: operation of a cabin specific plan – knowledge of the different types of aeronautical sealing – realization of the sealing operations – realization of the metallizations – realization of the connections air, water, electrical systems – gluing information labels (2.5 weeks).
Module 4. Fitting elements with 3 D adjustment: securing and mounting a slide – Mounting the adjustable fasteners – performing the braking – knowing the different types of adjustment on a volume 3 D – making a setting and a mounting on a 3 D plan (2.5 weeks).
