The Cabin Aeronautics Integrator training will be validated by a Certificate who can be provided by the Pattaya Technical College
The students will learn for the cabin various field like listed below.
Cabin Interiors: Lavatories, Galleys, Galley Inserts, Seats, Carpets, Ceiling & Window Panels, Textiles, Class Dividers & Curtain Rails, Crew Seats & Crew Rest Compartments, Overhead Bins, Social Areas, Bar & Sofa Units, Stowage’s & Doghouses.
The candidate is evaluated on 8 professionals capacities referenced:
1) Prepare his intervention.
2) Locate yourself in relation to the work area X,Y,Z
3) Implement the protections of the elements to integrate and the environment.
4) Route the elements to the area of intervention.
5) Position, fix, assemble and adjust the elements.
6) Connect the different systems (water, air, oxygen, electricity, metallization’s, …).
7) Ensure the cleanliness of the work area.
8) Communicate with his or her hierarchy, work unit or a third party.
Exemple of over head bin and Aft Galley to rework or replace in accordance with A/C procedure and manufacturer drawings.
Aft Galley inspection for refurbishment, and damaged parts to ordered following IPC (Illustrated Part Catalog) & AMM (Aircraft Manual Maintenance) provided by the monument manufacturer.
